Noooo I actually have most everything NOS i need to restore it, i just dont want to do it to this bike right now,,Tyres ordered now so mot maybe in a fortnight's time..

You'd better take some WD40 with you for your travels - it's not use to the wet :D

Davy is well used to wet weather on a Zed never you fear
and He ain't afraid to throw a Zed around either
I seem to recall Him wringing the neck off a 73 on wet roads
single disc too
so you lot get your umbrellas up cause all I hear are crocodile tears

difference is He was on a standard Z1
you are on a modified Z1000

no contest
the Z1 is more frightening anyday

Well i got the desert rat mot'd today :) and the aovc are comming out on Monday to inspect my bike and Mark's bike together so we can get age related plates :D... hope to be on the road soon Oh and Big Fer is coming over on the 8th to change the shims then i can flog her good and proper!!
