At LAST!!!

#1 PostAuthor: shrekward » Sat Aug 02, 2008 9:03 pm

At last, something of progress!
these are some pictures of my newly painted bodywork that I got to take home today.
The first two shots are of my son Tim, who turned 16 in May of this year holding my Tank.
Tim helped to prepare all the surfaces prior to painting and I'm so proud of him and happy to think that my young'un has helped me to create my dream.
He was taken on full time recently at the body and spray shop in Melton Mowbray after working part time there for over the past 12 months.
He loves to ride my CCM (off road of course!) and can't wait to get his leg over the Zed, definatley a Zed head in the making there!
He currently owns and rides an Aprillia RS50 which he has painted at his workplace also.
These pics really don't do justice to the "'70's style" rainbow flake that has been used!
Thanks Tim x.

Sorry the shots are in the back of the car with the dogs beds and toys!
Hope to have some more pics of the rebuild next weekend!

If I told you Davy that he only has 3 legs would you believe me?
Well it's that fact that means I can manage to squeeze the little fella in!

I'm hoping to have the bike ready for the Norfolk/Suffolk meet on the 17th and have the pics for those who won't be there to see.

Paintwork looks great, would love to see it in direct sunlight.

Can I ask what m.a.r.c. stands for as its been bugging me. If its personal tell me to P**s off I'll understand.

Cheers padders
