My Zed 1000......coming on.

#1 PostAuthor: Monk » Fri Nov 07, 2008 11:02 pm

A couple of pics of where I have got to, crap pics.....sorry.

Dark, crap light in garage, cant get far enough away etc etc....

Anyway, paint is back, new Corbin seat is on (still not sure about the seat)

Exhaust is off to be re-painted and various bits have been cleaned and polished, just got to clean properly and fit brake lines to finish front end.

Still lots to do but hope to have the old girl half decent before next spring.

This pic might show the colour a bit better, where it looks like defects is only on the picture.

I think i see what you mean :??

But like all custom paint work you don't know what it is like till you see it in the flesh as it were

Does look stunning though

How much did it cost :?:

Mine was about £430.00

Well....having been in the car trade for a long time I have a few pals in body shops.

The paint was £250 including modifing the mud gaurd, plus stripes and badges, so about £350 in total.
