Piggy if you get as much pleasure out of your LTD as i did when i had one you`ll be a happy man, there such a great little bike ,regrets when i sold mine and bought a f---ing A1 750Gpz wobbly track,god that was an awful bike.

Chap flogging this bike called me to say a plug had stripped & needed a helicoil.... :evil:

So I ain't buying it now........ :??

Mrs P was happy for a while.... until I told her I had anuvver purchase lined up.... Collecting from Taunton Saturday.... :wink:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Rich you should know Piglet only buy's cheap bike's
that's why he has'nt one decent bike
that ELRis a total shed
His Z1000 is shy a decent braking system

Ah, never had a DR600, but have had a few big[ish] singles, XT500, XT600, KLR600 and a few smaller ones too; XT350, SP400.
Some of the Suzuki's have auto de-compressors, just hope yours has! :shock:

Had a spin on it today & started fine from warm :wink:
I had an SP370, 20 yrs ago.... & a TT500 for a while... :twisted:

The carb-internals are crap... the choke-lever is held by a plastic-circlip, which wears out pretty quickly and then the choke is (secretly) sliding back in...

The rest of it was nice, I had one too, it had done approx 70.0000kms when I bought it and was still on the first bore (and last legs), when I sold it one season later with almost 100k on the clock.
