Greetings from Northumberland UK.
Owned many Kawasakis over the past 45 years including Z1300's, Z1000J, Z1100R and a handful of ZRX1100 and 1200.

On the verge of buying a Z1000 Ltd to restore over this winter.

Regards

Bought a 1981 KZ1000 CSR with 9000 genuine miles and in very clean original condition.
These are very similar to the 1981 LTD Model other than spoked wheels, clocks, mechanical tacho and a few other minor differences.

Its not the Z1000 LTD I was originally looking for, but it make a good LTD once I get the awful seat recoverded, painted black with the correct pinstripes and find a 4 into 2 exhaust.
Already found a pair of Alloy Wheels from a 1981 LTD so thats a good start.

Hi everyone, I'm new here, ( Thanks for accepting me on to your forum).
I am Just tidying up a few small bits on my z 900 that stand out as not so appealing to ones eye.
I would like to change the taillight,
I was thinking maybe along the lines of the
z 900 RS,
BMW F 800,
But how would any of these options look and if they fit nicely under the 75 z 900 s duck shaped tail.
Also Bullet lights might look Just as nice, might match up nice with the old style lol e original indicators I put back on..
I would very much appreciate any ideas you might have.
Regards Anthony
