Hi everyone. I've just joined after buying my first Z900. Unfortunately I don't think it will get started anytime soon as there are a ton of parts missing. I bought it imported from the USA. The seller was a lovely chap, told me what to do to get it registered in the UK, I didn't need a dating cert. as it came with a title. Excellent stuff.....until I got it home and took the tank off. The headstock had been battered with a hammer until the tubes were almost flat. It had been cut and badly welded back together. Not a happy bunny. When I rang the seller he refunded me money to buy another frame which was on ebay. I have now had that frame and stripped it, all except one rear footpeg which snapped off when I tried to unscrew it. I have drilled that and I'm waiting for a helicoil kit. The project is back on target.
