Hi All
Quick introduction, I am a new member as of today.
I was born a little too late to own and ride the mighty Z1 in the early to mid-seventies, however, I have always been a fan and love everything 70's! Including my one owner from new, teal blue, 1977 Austin Maxi and my slightly cooler 1977 Jaguar XJC??
After helping out at the recent bike show and then looking around the Kawasaki stand, seeing the original Z1 A on display there it has motivated me to fulfill my ambition of owning this iconic machine! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated and I will post any updates should anyone be interested
Thanks All
Smitch

Welcome to the forum, i am a former Austin Maxi owner and have now made as full a recovery as i will able too, it could have been worse, morris marina ownership is something you never come back from, good luck on your quest to get one of these superb machines, a word of warning though they don't come cheap and don't park it too close to the Maxi. I actually loved that old Maxi it served me well.
