Hi All, I'm building a Gardner Moriwaki tribute bike, I'm actually over at the KZRiders forum and was seeking a Z1R D3 petrol cap, One of your members here zed1015 said I may have more luck over here, so here I am. I'm in Australia and struggle to find many decent parts here that one doesn't have to sell their first born to purchase. I'll post in the wanted section, I have an excellent D2 cap I'd like to swap if at all possible. My bike started out as a GPZ750 R1, so turning this thing into a Moriwaki style bike is a little challenging..
What I started out with. Its a "20 foot bike", looks great at 20 feet away, not so good up close.
The second pic is where I'm at now...
Cheers

Welcome along - not so many Gardner reps. I had gathered up some parts to start one a few years ago but eventually decided I can't even finish the ones I have so I sold all the bits again... Be interested to how it goes. Good luck

Similar story here. I has a shed full of Hodna 750/4 stuff, about enough to make 5 bikes, I got so overwhelmed with it all I sold the lot, apart from a set of forks and swingarm, 20 years worth, the only complete bike I had was the GPZ , I already had the front end and swingarm , they were planned for a different bike...
