Hi, thanks for the replies guys. Yes, ZZR11 front and back ends. All was done by myself and I’ll outline the history and spec when I’m back in from work.

Hi, here's a few details of the mods:-

Engine - 1200cc big bore high comp, larger valves, Andrews 3X Cams, adjustable sprockets, ARP studs/bolts, manual cam tensioner, KipKawa oil take-off, Zephyr 1100 oil cooler, Monika stainless exhaust, hydraulic clutch conversion.

Fuelling - standard injector bodies, higher flow-rate injectors, PowerCommander V with AutoTune, K&N air filter.

Ignition - Ignitech unit, Dyna coils

Suspension - ZZR1100 front forks, yokes, wheel. ZZR1100 swingarm, wheel, GPz swingarm linkage with adjustable dog-bones

Brakes - EBC disks all round, Ducati 916 front Brembo callipers, Aprillia RSV1000 rear Brembo calliper

Electrics - SpeedHut Tacho/Speedo, speedo GPS driven, mix of Kawasaki switchgear, ZX14 clutch and brake master cylinders, MotoGadget mUnit, bespoke wiring loom, LED bulbs throughout

Others - powder coating, zinc plating, black passivation and wheel polishing by Griffs Reality Works, paintwork by Ace of Sprays, rearsets Woodstock, PMC front mudguard and passenger pegs, Giuliari seat.

It will be 40years old come April this year so looking forward to TAX/MOT exemption.
