Welcome, great place to start i think. My mate bought a new one in 83. We went to Europe and i chased him all over it. Eventually the gearbox fell out of my Pre-unit Tiger 110. I borrowed a 17mm spanner from an German guys BMW car on the campsite and bolted it back in. :D :D

Welcome mate! so whats the plan with the bike? Questions are probably best posted in "bike help" or "projects".

Too many bikes to list.

I love a good Gpz1100 uni myself, I own 3 waiting in the wings for me to clear a host of other projects this year and into next( 1 factory, 1 factoryish and 1 well like below). 1 bit of advice if modernizing a stock bike.. cut nothing off you cant weld back on again.

Hi stusco

welcome to the club !
Very nice bike you have there, congratulations!
It seems to be pretty much like it came from the factory so please don't change too much, they become hard to find in this condition.
Good luck with it.
Greetings from Belgium.
