finally got my membership sorted after overcoming the Gmail hurdle. Thanks to ChrisU for sorting it.
Just recently took earlyish retirement from an automotive Engineering job and am looking forward to not answering to anyone for a change(other than the other half- obviously
)
I'm a long standing Kawasaki owner having worked in the industry for the first 20 odd of years of my career.
I love the big old air-cooled motors and own a 1983 Z1000r2 ELR which I'm planning on giving a refresh now I've got more time.
Also own a 1991 ZR1100 zephyr which is an ongoing project for this winter.
Hope to get the R2 out and about before the summer ends and look forward to meeting other members, if there is any local meets.
