Cylinder head nuts

On every Kawasaki Z1000 /1100 I have owned the cylinder head
Nuts have suffered corrosion, my Z900 has the same problem, has anyone successfully changed the nuts without actually stripping the head off and the changing the head gasket.

shouldnt be a problem doing 1 at a time,there are stainless nuts on ebay

Stainless steel from Legend Motorcycle on eBay. Come with washers inc the outer 4 copper for about £50. Super quality and just replace 1 at a time.

I am just about to change the valve stem seals on the 900 , those of us that went to Germany know why.

I cannot find any stainless cylinder head nuts , there are black and chrome ones but i cannot find any stainless ones.
Can anyone point me in the right directin.
