Update........ After some research, the jet needle identification 5B5 relates to 750 models, so it looks like someone's bunged a set of 750 carbs on it
I spoke to John Browse just, and he said the only main difference (apart from jet sizes etc.) is that the jet needles are like nails, whereas the 1000/1100 have a considerable taper to them.
Fortunately, I've just found and purchased a 1000/1100 Dynojet stages 1&3 kit (kit no. DJK2134) to sort the problem out.
