Hi
Anyone got a right hand brake caliper for a z900a4 they want to sell?

I've got 2 dismantled z1000 A1/2 callipers and 2 solid discs, discs are fine - were on my 900A4 but took them off cos there MUST be better way to brake in the wet. Calipers will need extensive refurb ( and you could put s/s pistons in them at the same time)

Got a pair with the splitter/hoses still attached.
In original condition..i.e missing bits of paint.

Not 100% sure if they are A4 or Z1000. Is there any difference?

If you don't mind a bit of refurbing you can have the whole lot for £25.

A4 and Z1000 A1 calipers are the same. Z1000 A2 calipers were moved to the rear of the fork legs so are slightly different as the bleed nipple was moved to the front of the caliper from the side. They will still fit though.

All sorted now, 2 thin z1000 disks plus an a4 caliper with righthand caliper mount from a z1000.
Bleeding was a pain even with a mighty vac.

Just got to get used to them now.....

The A2 caliper piston size dropped to 38mm from the A1 41mm! Then went back to 41mm for the Mk2/A3 for 79. :??
