Guys,
Yamaha YBR125, surplus to requirements. Got it for the missus to take her CBT on and get some road experience before taking her test.
Great little reliable learner bike, not your usual poor Chinese build quality leaner legal.
9621 miles, 11 months MOT, good condition, new chain and sprockets, local bike from new in 2009.
May consider p/x against a Z400J, GPz550 or GPZ 500 twin. WHY....
PM me your email address if you need more info or pictures.
£1250 ono,
Cheers for looking,
Col

Re: Yamaha YBR125
Hi Col
Bit off the wall but how about a deal with this?

1979 KL250 - unfinished but pretty much all done. Just need to clear the decks for the Z1000 and I have too much unfinished hanging about. I reckon it's about £1600 as is and £2200 ish when finished. I have V5 in my name - UK bike. Running but needs sorting, decals and an exhaust finishing. I have a couple of really rough patched original exhausts but they are beyond me. I was going to settle for a simple stainless with can.

Hi,
Thanks for replying.
I was really after a road bike to be honest. I'll check this with the missus though as it will be her that ends up using the replacement. Shame it's not a stroker though, you would have had me hooked......

Re: Yamaha YBR125
Cheers Col - this would make a good game -
if it was a stroker . . .
it would be half as good and twice the price!
It's nuts what has happened to two strokes recently. Just thought I would have a punt. Good luck with the sale.

Re: Yamaha YBR125
Thanks Bud,
Always worth asking....not sure I agree with half as good, twice the price though..
I have a few Yam RD/TZR two strokes and yes, prices are going stupid as you say. Original 250/400 seats in need of tidying are fetching £700 or more at the moment....

Whoops, no offence meant - I think that I should have checked your signature before trying to be clever. TBH I'm pretty jealous now.
