#1 PostAuthor: Fred the Zed » Tue May 16, 2017 9:22 pm

Any plans for a Z1OC meet near Birmingham any time soon?

The Shed needs a run out.

I don't even know where Lower Lode is!

Surely there's a bike friendly pub where we can have a shandy? Just not the Bassets Pole as it attracts all manner cnuts. I'll apply my mind to a safe venue that's near arterial routes.

The Bradford Arms on the A5 at Wheaton Aston just off M6 Cannock has a good bike night Monday eves,if we get any half decent weather, usually a good few classics and not many knob heads.

Didn't know that, looks like you need to keep that A4 after all and I'll drag the Bitsa out.

The Mids rep is Karen, her forum name is Muckmagnet.
She is off unwell at the moment, which is why no
meets have been organised for some time now.

Thanks Jay,

I was going to ask whether any of the Midlands members had any old photos of Phil and his Z900 at rallies, shows, ride outs etc they were willing to scan and email me copies of. These are for the photographic history books/file I'm hoping to compile which will stay with the bike and be added to by successive owners (custodians).

Is there anyway of contacting the Midlands group other than through Karen?

Cheers
Andrew
