Bottom Yoke

#1 PostAuthor: BigZCas » Wed Jul 12, 2017 5:44 pm

OK, Managed to knock the bottom bearing off.
I notice that the half bearing has a shoulder to house the oil seal and the 1mm plate, :o can anyone advise if the up-grade taper bearing kit has the same type of arrangement ?
cheers

Got mine from z-power and yes the same arrangement does work, cant remember if it was supplied as a kit or I had to by the additional parts. came with hi spec Koyo bearings though. blunt wood chisel works well as a separator for the bearing due to its wedge shape.

p.s suitable size gas barrel is the bomb for putting the new ones on. Just make sure the ends are dead square to the wall of the tube.
