Z1000 Engine

How much is a Z1000 engine worth ,when i purcased it around 5 years ago ,i was told it had only coverered 900 miles ,I removed a cam cover and it is like new ?

How long is a piece of string.
£500 average depending on the ancillaries fitted etc.
I recently picked one up for £60.
900's bring more because of the case numbers.
Probably make more money breaking it.
I'd list it on ebay with your lowest price reserve.

What model / year was it from? If it's round cam cover type i could be interested at the right price.

Motors obviously been split to remove the kick start assembly. Stainless socket caps in the top camchain idler not original.

Makes you wonder why if it's such a low mileage motor :?
