Take the exhaust off it and sell the rest of the bike to me for a stupidly low price, I can get it painted green and really devalue it.

removing the exhausts and replacing them by a 4 in 1 would be a major crime and should be punished by hanging on a tree until death follows! :mad
Please don't do it, keep the bike as she is, it's original, complete, very tidy and maybe one of the few original survivors.

I know, I know and that is dilemma. I'm seriously looking at how/if I can keep it, but if I do, something else has to go...

As a big fan of the J and given how few of these are still around, it would be a real shame not to keep it completely standard.

I agree. I'm a big 'j' fan and this one is fab.
I'd only ruin it by adding bits and taking bits away.......

Spent some time giving the bike a service, (valves, filters etc) also stripped the carbs down, cleaned them and rebuilt them and it's running nicely now.
Just awaiting the 4/1 too arrive and then it's up for sale.

It's a nice used system offered to me by fellow member RickM. Has very similar lines to the OEM silencer.
