My manual supplement , second edition 1 :May.4,1984 has the same panel with the same information but the pilot screw is 3/4 turns out . Is your supplement from a later date ?

This copy is; Second Edition (4) Sept 1st 1988 (I).
The UK banned TEl lead in petrol in 2000, the USA in 1996, but Japan (perhaps the first) banned it in 1986.
Course it could just be a typo!
