KZ650 Refurb
Made a start on the 650 i bought from Kawasaki Heaven in the spring ready for the dark nights
got her disassembled and my son got me the motor onto my hydraulic lift for cleaning and new
starter clutch etc, the frame has gone for blasting and powdercoat , im now working through all
the bits to be whats serviceable , wiring harness is good and just reqs a clean, front wheel is good
rear was really rough but got one of a member last week, so here we go let the good times roll

Re: KZ650 Refurb
Ive had a few hours on the B3 and its a roller now albeit on temp wheels , started to refit the
wiring harness as well it was in really good order just a clean req ,got the indicators and rear
guard on today so ready to start connecting up next . I bought some stuff called Quick Glo from
some show or other so tried it on mudguards but far from impressed its what i would call
Snake Oil so returned to good old chrome cleaner and solvol on the rougher bits you live and
learn . As its only going to be finished of as a daily rider for any weather i'm cleaning
up the original parts and reusing what i can.

Re: KZ650 Refurb
Taking shape nicely, am in the process of rebuilding mine aswell. Good to see another 650 as they seem to be getting rarer these days.
