Thank you Adrian,
Heres some pictures, had a go at fibre glassing and was really chuffed with the results.
My mate then put some primer on them, so they just need the final colour scheme
Gave up on the electrics and sent them to a fella who wires race cars, well chuffed with the results.
Then after five years I got her going

Re: Well New Project time!
Been at it again on the fairing! Thought all was good until I did another trial fit and found that the rear part of the exhaust was now hitting the rear part of the belly pan and the collector box was hitting the bottom of the fairing! Checked and double checked and spent hours trying to refit them, no good and I wasn't happy with the result so now have a small neat hole in the bottom of fairing and a neat hole near the exit point of the real belly pan.
Next job is to stripe it up ready for paint

Nope, but it is a Z1000 colour scheme, took over a year to decide

Re: Well New Project time!
Paintwork has now been finished, went with the Zed Blue, white and gold stripes with the bottom of the fairing being black. Really happy with how it has turned out.
