Hi
I have purchase an unusual crank with what looks like a Mk2 gen/alt set-up. I was going to use my old Z1000a1 main crank bearing outer race and needle rollers but it's undersized.
Does anyone have a bearing for a Mk2 or possibly Z1100, ST, J? I think the outer would be 62mm OD and probably 42mm ID and uses a 5mm caged needle roller but that could be wrong as I have not seen or measured one. Washer and cir-clip.
The 8 x 95 crankcase bolt has also sheared off so I am now missing this. 130P0895.
The starter gear is also needed unfortunately. 16085-1012 and the 12 x 40 crank bolt.
Thanks

Re: Outer 32mm crank bearing Mk2 Z1100 ST J ? + parts
I have a couple of what look to be new ones which were supplied with my re-built crank. Long story.
They are 62mm OD, 42mm ID, with a 5mm caged needle roller bearing. Width is 17mm.
Washer is 1mm thick, 32.4mm ID and 40mm OD.
Circlip has in internal diamer of 29.5mm and is 1.45mm thick.
The inner track on the crank has an OD of +32mm.
These were supplied as mentioned, for a re-built crank and send out retrospectively. The crank is from a Z1100R1 or 1100 Unitrak. Almost certain to be the same as J etc.
Crank re-built by Ray Debben a year ago.
I can take measurements of the crank spigott or nose or taper if you need them.
Rotor holding bolt is 12 x 40 for this model and available from CMSNL etc etc. I have bought the last three or four for my J1 from ZPOWER.

The 8x95 crankcase bolt is available from CMSNL for 5.5 funny moneys

Starter gear is available but eye wateringly expensive~ see below.

Hi
Thanks Al and Big Fluff.
I am not making a lot of progress at the moment but I will stay with it. Starter gear etc are OK but the crank main bearing is the real problem.
Cheers

Hi
Just called Chris and Ray at Debben again.
Chris doesn't sell parts unfortunately and Debben has used up his stock on his race bikes.
So the search continues?

Hi GreenMamba
I think it is part of the crank assembly unfortunately so I have been unable to find a number for it.
I took off the crank web with the large bearing on it yesterday so I can put the standard Z1000a1 end back on.
Cheers

Hi GreenMamba,
Thanks for sending over the pictures.
I have been offered another crank with bearings so I am going for the easy option and using it instead.
Cheers
