Hi folks.
Just saying hi and attaching a picture of my Z1A that I purchased way back in 1986.
She had sat outside for a few years prior to me finding her, so I bought many new parts at the time.
Due to lack of time and motivation, the restoration stopped before I got her roadworthy.
The picture shows an almost complete bike, with a number of small things I never got around to.
I have had the bike in dry storage for the last 30 years hoping to one day complete the old girl.
Sadly, I realise that I will not finish her and have decided to part her out.
I will advertise parts in the relevant section here and hope some of you will put the parts to good use.
Cheers
Mr Pinlock

Re: New member
Or add a price to this thread and move her on ignition lock, headstock and cylinder barrels?

Thanks for your comments.
I'd like to see her go complete if possible.

Re: New member
You need to post a price in a for sale thread or the thread will be deleted. So how much do you want for it?

Re: New member
DON'T break it mr.p: it's too good for that i reckon! ANYONE ELSE??.. and I'm sure you'll be happier if it's properly restored or recommissioned to at least, good running condition by a fellow clubster who'll finish your dream n show you the end result. I'm probably too late to register an interest, but; if not, please give me a pm or email to discuss further.. cheers m

Hi MrPinlock
don't break up such a nice bike, sell her completely, I'm sure someone will pay a fair price for it!

All
I contacted Chris and struck a deal on his Z1a that we were both happy with. Just got it home yesterday.
The bike will be fully restored, but I have a load of other bikes in the queue first.

Hi Nigel
Just wondering what sort of price you paid for such a nice Z1A project?
