PMC or Doremi 4 into 4 exhaust systems

#1 PostAuthor: new york steak » Sat Jan 11, 2020 7:36 am

Some years ago, one of our members suggested approaching PMC or Doremi directly as a club and placing a bulk order for Z1/Z900 4 into 4 exhaust systems.
Did anything develop from this?
I've been searching the internet for several years now, looking for a Z1B exhaust system and the prices are insane!
If it's got wheels or tits, it's gonna cost you!

I think you may be referring to ZedHead (Dave) who went on to set up Saisei, then more recently changed it to CyBike. Still trading, but doesn't frequent this forum anymore.......

Paid up club members already get 10% discount from Z0Power, which brings the cost down to around £1250 without brackets.
I could try and get a group buy with Z-Power and see what they can offer. I'll be going to see Phil in the next few weeks anyway.

Also petrol/ethanol proof float bowl gaskets. IMD pistons preferred seller.

I'm seeing Phil at Z-Power next week, so will report back on what he can do.

I remember ordering a PMC set at Webike years ago and received a Doremi set. They said it would take too long to complete the order as PMC had none in stock at that moment. I didn‘t mind ...

As far as I am aware Doremi are still no longer making them. PMC and another Japanese company are.
I'm sure Phil can give me the lowdown.

That's expensive for a full set never mind half a set, the add says you get what's in the picture!

I got mine from Dave at Cybike a couple of years ago for about £1100 with brackets to put them on my 1000a1 still pleased with them after 2 years, only thing I did was change the brackets to the Z power ones as they were better and blend into the background better.
