Yes should of expanded....
The engine was given to my mate mark to sort crank bearings, rods , pistons ect .one thing lead to another and decided to go the whole hog full nuts and bolt.
I'm sure you will agree he's done a exemplary job.

looks great!, does he do engine rebuilds for others? I have an RD400 engine in a sad state.

Yes , he rebuilt many a bike over the years

Top bike that, one of my favourites , as well as my kettle of course. They do look the business in white and red....

Yes the best colour in my book,
Had 250f in white back in the 80s

Lovely bike, I had a white & red W reg ex-proddy racer 400 back in the 80's. Really wish I'd kept it over everything else I've owned :(

Fantastic Bikes and still look modern even 40+ years after the event .....

Teal green was the best colour though. :roll:
