That’s a good question and I did consider to reuse them but figured that while I’m replacing everything else it would be sensible to change them too. Maybe no point?


Really no point unless they are rusty or it's done a million miles .
All my Zeds are on the original 40 year old bearings but there's nothing wrong with them.
The only one that may get replaced is the output bearing.

By the looks of things the engine has done next to no work at all, it’s on original pistons and they look like new.. I’ve changed all the roller bearings so will maybe just leave it at that then.
