Currently restoring this '72 Z1 and fitting a new front brake light switch.
Question is, do you need to apply any sealant to the threads to prevent it leaking or just screw it in tight?

Re: Front Brake Light Switch
Hi Andrew
nice project! Keep the pictures coming please.
The front brake light switch doesn't need a sealant. Use a 26 mm wrench and torque it between 2.6 and 3 Kg/m.
Good luck with the restoration!
