It looks like you have a few problems, certainly exhaust valves have been hitting pistons, where the impact has happened might suggest that the incorrect pistons are indeed fitted. One would expect the impact to occur where the cut was on the piston crown if there was a cam timing problem (I've attached a picture of what I found on my Z1 when timing was out by one tooth.) By the amount of oil on pistons I would suggest probably new rings and maybe re-bore if you are going to go the new pistons route. For the cylinder head the valve seats / oil seals might need attention also.
