Suzuki GS1000GX

#1 PostAuthor: r3sc » Mon Jul 18, 2022 8:55 pm

Hi All,

I’m still working to thin out my collection a little and it’s now time to find a new home for my much loved 1982 Suzuki GS1000GX.

I’ve had this bike for 11 years and originally it was 1st registered in Italy and came to the U.K. in 2007. When I bought it I changed the KM speedo to a NOS MPH one and the bike has now done around 17k miles from new. I have the original KPH speedo.

It is in original unrestored condition and other than 2 NOS side panels, (originals were damaged) high bars (Comfort) and some silver paint to the engine it is all as per the day it left the factory and is in stunning condition.

It’s just had new fork seals and a brand new pair of road riders!

It is like a new bike with a little patina and has OEM exhaust in great shape.

I doubt you will find a nicer shaft drive GS, starts well and pulls like a train and to be fair, handles better than my A1 in my opinion.

I’m looking for offers around £6250 and this reflects the condition of the bike.

PM me if interested.

Cheers.
