Hi guys.
Just restoring my Z1R and looking for a few bits. I know parts are getting hard to find now but hoping I might come lucky with a few items.
Rear foot pegs
Original screen
Speedo
Harris alloy badge for exhaust.
Maybe need other parts as I go.
Cheers.

Re: Z1R Parts
Rear foot rest are the same as many bikes, standard part 34028-1009, the screen can be got after market original ones are super rare, Webike is always handy, Speedo is hens teeth, do you have one all ready? If you do, it would be way cheaper to restore it.
Angus.

Re: Z1R Parts
Thanks for your reply.
Ok great will check out the foot rests.
I have an aftermarket screen which I paid about 50 quid off EBay but the bottom fixing holes don’t line up with the fairing and there are no holes on the top part to fix the top rubber on either also very thin plastic? Maybe i will try looking at Webike for a better one.
Speedo I have but previous owner has taken out the plastic trip reset and has replaced glass without hole and just covered hole on clock face with thin black tape! Maybe I will just have to live with this.
Thanks again

Thanks for that, I am watching one on fleabay which is £19.99 but it doesn’t look like the old original one, it doesn’t have the two holes to rivet on the muffler can? Cheers

Mine didn't have the holes either, I believe they are re pops.

Hi.
Had a couple of new Harris exhausts back in the late 70's [ chrome ] and early 80's [ black ]on my Kawasaki's and they didn't come with any label's, sticker or riveted. If I remember correctly original Harris labelling just said "HARRIS" compared to todays offerings.
