Thanks….yes the styling has grown more on me too over the years, but I’d also love a z1r, one day maybe.
The rear wheel is an old cma road wheel without cush drive, I was struggling to find a matching front, so I’ve used one from a zl900 eliminator, it almost matches!

Yes that wheel does match pretty well !.
Funny you should mention a Z1r ,
About 12 months after missing the Mk2 i ignored all my mates `advice` and bought a really nice back Z1r ,
i got loads of stick about it ,( especially as it also had a seat recovered in white leather !!)---- but i didnt care because i absolutely loved it.
Sadly the dreaded house deposit time meant it had to go after a couple of years .
