Z1000H

#1 PostAuthor: Fred the Zed » Tue Nov 18, 2025 8:21 pm

Looking at a Z1000H locally.

Engine and chassis numbers appear spot on. Its been restored and I'm ok with that.

Anything I should look out for in particular?

Cheers

usual cosmetics
how it runs cold/warm
smoke when revved ?
tyres/sprockets/cush drive etc
when were filters last changed
how standard - e.g. exhausts, mirrors etc.

then its down to price vs condition.

Thanks Chris, usual stuff then and nothing specific to the 'H' variant.

Cheers

I went to the auction today... It was presented very well and was described as the star of the show... sold for £15200.

Fair play to the vendor.

For £15200 it must have been absolutely mint and standard have you got any pictures

I suppose that there are fees on top of the £15200 which would be a fair bit
