I am sure all with an interest in old Zeds are more than welcome. The point of this club is as far as I am concerned is to share a common interest in these bikes. Having met a good many members over these last couple of years I have yet to meet one I would not be happy to share a pint and a natter with.

As for sharing a double room or a tent with some of you I'm not too sure on that one.

Odd thing about Sunday was that after we rid ourselves of the evil motorways , which are even more vile in the rain on a Zed than in the dry and got up onto the peak stuff, despite the rain I have to admit I was really enjoying myself. The worst bit was changing the maps over cos they just turned to pulp in my hands, and with such a complex route one was fucked without 'em. When the rain eventually abated, I dried 'em out using a hand dryer in a fule stop bog. Think the geezer on the Jewish piano was wondering what I was doing in his bog for so long  It was soooo beautiful on the peaks and dales and other stuff, the rain and discomfort really couldn't detract from the joy of riding through such a fabulous landscape

Guys you mis understood my message. I WILL be there come rain or shine however I have some parts for prowlerz that Phil has kindly agreed to collect for him. I did not want to lug them all around if Phil was not going to be there. I should have known however that Phil would not be bothered about a little bit of rain.

Just having some brekky then Skeggy here I come.
