Davy, Chris Rivett stripped and re-built the carbs off my Z1B recently and did an excellent job. He has an ultra sonic tank for cleaning too.
Speak to him, i am sure he can help.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

I've used Steve Smethurst's process and while nice on the outside inside was a different story, also tried the business in Aylesbury who just chemi clean, again nice original type finish on the outside but gel-like substance in the important airways. I spent ages trying to recover both sets without sucess and they both looked like new.

I'd give Chris Rivett a try, he'll persevere to get them right.

NRP in manchester quoted me £300 for the full hit: inside and out. Tommy . A bit too much for me.
