Will take some piccies tomorra - been bloody polishing all day today again - no time for cookin'!

New engine's in - previously painted black, so it's had a respray (several dozen cans of Hammerite Satin!) Looks good though, cos there's still some shiny bits (not sure what they are but they're the round bits eitherside of the engine) and bits of the cam covers.

I know this is now "off topic" but will find the original thread and revive

Great news!!

We have finally secured a band for the rally or to be more accurate CB has ...

I am up to me arm pitz in Zed 0.65 so the band is in the Bride's capable handz

The 'ickle zed is makin' good progress, considerin' we're both having a bad time financially - just makes the resto more challenging :??

I am sure CB will tell yas more abart de musicians soon

Our band is called Doctor Nut - they are local guys who have come highly recommended. They do a mixture of rock and punk, with some humour. They write their own stuff, which is very imaginative and I'm sure they'll go down very well with our lot
