flickering oil light

Oil pressure is pretty low on Zeds at the best of times. I would be concerned about an oil light and wouldn't ride it until the villain of the peace is identified. Taking the pump off is no biggy, just take your time and be methodical. Ensure you have a real manual, a torque wrench, fresh sump gasket, big 'o' ring and some Wellseal to seal it up. They so often weep without Wellseal.
