Thanks Steve..There is absolutely nothing available from Ford..I went into the local Ford dealer and he looked at me with a blank expression and told me that he does not have finis codes for some 10 year old cars.

Very nice indeed, they weren't that good when new. As for Jimmock and Blue900Z1B's comments on Liverpool I can tell you both that when my Mk3 got nicked from Bootle it was found within 2hrs. at West Derby and yes------------------ it was an empty shell on bricks. :(
