neutral switch
think the neutral switch is knackered, checked the bulb and pulled the switch out to check. tried flicking the plunger bit but no light, is there a way to check the wiring back to the bulb before ordering a new one from zpower or is there anywhere else that stock them?

Wayno.
Simply disconnect the wire at the neutral switch and ground it on the engine casing.... the warning lamp should light up.
If it doesn't then remove the warning lamp cover, remove the neutral lamb bulb, switch on the ignition, and with a voltmeter, check for 12v on the centre contact in the bulb holder. If you don't get 12v then there's a problem with the brown supply wire (same circuit as brake light supply).
If you do get 12v, and the bulb is 100% good, then check the continuity of the return wire to the neutral switch.
Regs, Will.
