I've always quite liked them myself. I reckon if you could change the sidepanels to z1 or z900 ones it would look a lot nicer..

They make a nice bobber. I know a guy who has had one from new I think he's too old to ride it now must enquire.

I had a Z750B1 twin in the late 70s and loved it - ok, it's not fast (so not) but they can be ridden up the side of a house they have so much torque. I may buy another.

Thanks for that Mate, I have tried to get better pictures etc. out of the guy but it was like banging your head against a brick wall!
I know you should always go and see things in the flesh but I am 350 miles away from him so would have liked more info.
But, yes , if I could have got a proper response I would more than likely have gone for it.

Paid £350 for my tatty but original one about 3 years ago and doubled the price a few months later. Looks like another old bike climbing fairly quickly in value.
