The front forks on my Elr were leaking and after stripping them down today it is clear that the chrome is pitted / raised in places. This is no doubt why after only being replaced a few years ago the seals are leaking as the damage to them is filing the seal away.

Can they be rechromed etc? If yes any ideas who does them, I live in Hertfordshire ( nearish to Watford ).

HCP or Philpott. I think I used HCP last time I've used Philpott's before.
