Does anyone are the riders footrest assemblies on a Z1000 MKII the same as the Z1000 ST ?

no, they're not.The drivers footrests are different, the passenger footrests are more or less the same.
The rubber parts are the same but the cast iron to attach to the frame is different. And that goes for the passenger footrests too.
