I have a nice Z1R D1 full head and valves, question could I use it with mk 2 cams (32 teeth sprockets)?
I would rather keep it though as it came off my TC clone

Yes. all carburated Z1 through to MK2/ST heads are the same except for the cosmetic squared casting lug on the MK2/ST next to each cam end plug and all will take the 32t sprockets.
