As title says after a tidy set of 28mm carbs to fit z1000 a1/a2
Not bothered about need bit of cleaning but not knackered ones
Plus can't afford mint restored ones

are these any good, they are 28mm carbs, not sure if z1r but i put new keyster kits in to suit z1r and choke plungers have been done by rob meggit. choke holding screw is missing. looking for £250

no worries, i did measure them to make sure they were 28mm and they are 29mm

No! They are 28mm.
They are sized by the width at the narrowest point in the venturi which is usually the bore closest to the needle jet.
The venturi tapers out toward the outlet so vm26 measure around 27mm and vm28 around 29mm at that point.
