Chain/Sprocket cover ID

#1 PostAuthor: rpeters » Thu Mar 20, 2025 8:32 am

Hi all, this came of my Z1R D1, I am not sure it is original as it doesnt have the raised gear numbers on the casing.
Its in great condition inside and out.

Is this from an Early Z1?

Need to identify it as i am selling all my Z1R bits and pieces.

TIA

Rob

Correct for Z1R etc but someone has removed the numbers .
The only cover that had no numbers was the early Z1 which also had the oil pump mount , didn't have the oblong number recess or the sound deadening material and mesh on the inside.

Didn’t they only emboss the numbers on the later models ?
