25 to 32 ft/lb on the stock studs and up to 42 ft/lb with HD studs.
For torqueing down you need to work evenly outwards fore,aft,left,right from the middle to the outer nuts in at least 3 stages of around 10 ft/lb increments up to the chosen figure.

Starting from the front left (looking down from above) and moving clockwise.
12/10/6/2/4/8/M6 bolt/9/5/1/3/7/11/M6 bolt
Tighten in two stages first to 18ft-lbs (2.5kg-m)
Then to 27-31ft-lbs (3.7-4.3kg-m)
Tighten the M6 bolts last to 95-113in-lbs (1.1-1.3kg-m)
