Swapping the leads doesn't rule out the Dyna pick up but only the leads and caps.
Same goes for the coils.
The pick up is still tied to 1 and 4 unless you swap the Dyna trigger wires and move the rotor 180 degrees.
Doing this swaps the left pickup ( which normally fires 1-4 ) to 2-3 and the right ( which normally fires 2-3 ) to 1- 4 and if there is a fault with the left pickup it will move the fault to 2-3 and they will run cooler instead of 1-4 ..
