If the discs are NOT completely true & square to the wheels axis - the discs will be "wonky" and most likely cause brake judder and pulsing - so make sure the disc seating faces are 100% clear of paint :!:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Thanks Piggy I found this out the hard way with my previous A4 build.( Warped Discs ) So I have scraped all the paint off the wheels and now the discs.

Thing's are coming together now, Z-Power sent the seals and pistons to referb the calipers on Thursday . Yesterday I ordered disc pads from Z-Power and they came today, the engineering shop called to say the discs were done so I picked them up and spent the afternoon taking the paint off the backs of them ( Piggy :) ) I tried to put the calipers back together this morning but it aint going to plan :( so have given up for today and will try again tomorrow :??

Well it's tomorrow now so after a blast on the REX I got down to trying to fix the A4. I managed to get the calipers back together again ( fingers X ) I then put the discs on the wheels only to find that who ever did it last time kcuf ti pu , it seems to have bolts with different threads holding them on so had to go though them to match bolt with thread   ,also they had used some none standard soft bolts so I managed to strip the tread on one   If I had hair I would pull it out :angry . Just need the swingarm back and it might look a bit like a bike again ( ho hum ) :(
