Here you go GB.
Ian
That is an easy one.
When your head and cylinder were built, we used a 1977 KZ1000 head provided by you from Melvin Ormel.
We originally installed 30 tooth sprockets and recorded that on the invoice.
When you changed gears and wanted us to build the complete motor using a KZ1000 Mark 2 bottom end, we changed the camshaft sprockets, but not the invoice.
If the sprockets had been mismatched, we could never have timed the camshafts and checking compression would have led to bending every valve.

Just waiting for Harris now, still reckon it's going to be next year until I see it!
They have to fit the fairing and make sure all the brackets are their, the ones that are not needed with be removed. The tank needs to be altered because there is a big gap now since we are not using the original tail unit, the wheels need to be fitted and spaces made, new discs are being made as well. Then it will all need to be stripped ready for powder coating, after that it will be boxed up and sent down here by boat! So even if it was ready now and sent in the morning I'd only see it at the beginning of November anyway
