Actually doing it is not that difficult.

It's finding a GPZ1100 UT motor that is difficult.

There is a current project on the go that is putting a GPZ1100 UT engine in to a 650 frame.

jwilson also did the nice bonneville lookalike with 650 frame and improved 1100

I bought 2 UT engines and a spare head and barrels.

It's still gonna cost me over £4k in the end.
